Refined home cuisine is not everyday cooking !
The innkeepers incorporate local products with a great success to
offer a choice of menus according to the seasonal harvests.
" Quality products bought in season, fresh and ripe, to be prepared and
served when at their best. It may be a little more expensive but always
so very good. Home cuisine is traditional, passed on by the women,
not through books. The recipes are traditional, regional, but the
presentation, the taste of perfect details, the dining room decor and
the attentive reception reflect and point to the personality of both
the hostess and the chef.
In some way, with fine home cuisine, it starts with the eyes. "
Daniel Paille (France), a customer of the Auberge d'Emelie |
